FOCUS:

As a Partner at Peoplecorp, I recruit senior and executive level positions across all disciplines and industries. The salary packages (excluding STI and LTI) are generally between $200 – $300k.

In addition to recruiting at this level, I manage operations in the business and our team of professional recruiters.

EXPERTISE:

With a degree in Business, I started my recruitment career in 1999 and have recruited in both the London and Sydney markets. I have specialised in the HR market specifically for 15 years and have a very strong network of senior HR professionals.

RECENT ASSIGNMENTS:

  • HR Director for one of Australia’s biggest employers
  • Head of Learning and Development for a professional Services Organisation
  • Head of People and Culture for a Global Advisory Firm
  • Head of HR for a Strategic Consulting Firm

CAREER:

My first role in recruitment was focused on permanent placements within the banking and finance sector. I worked for a number of years in Sydney before heading to the UK where I then specialised in international recruitment. I then made a transition into HR recruitment where I was responsible for the contracting market within the financial services sector in London.

On returning to Sydney in 2006 I was responsible for growing and managing the contract business at HR Matters/ Frazer Jones. I did this for a number of years and then moved across to manage the permanent and contracting teams.

I joined Peoplecorp in 2012 and continue to focus on the senior market and further develop my career at a time of business growth.

PERSONAL:

When I am not focused on the world of recruitment, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. In the past I would have written that I enjoy jetting off to interesting places around the world! Now, having a little ones, spending time at the park or a trip down the coast are more common weekend activities!
