HR Intern Program
Since 2014 Peoplecorp has been partnering with Universities across NSW in the development and management of an innovative pro bono HR Internship scheme for University students studying HR, Psychology or a business related degree as their major.
Whilst the theory studied at University gives students one perspective, we work with a variety of businesses across a range of industries encouraging them to support top tier students experience HR in practice.
The program runs all year round so our Clients can take on an intern whenever they have a requirement. We can usually deliver a shortlist of candidates in a couple of days.
To date we have placed over 100 HR Undergraduates with a large number of our interns impressing their sponsor company so much they were offered a permanent role post-graduation.
We believe it’s important to help the next generation of HR talent obtain tangible experience; therefore we don’t charge recruitment fees for the 3-month placement. We will do all the research, screening and recruitment and we simply ask that you pay the interns the fair minimum wage for the work they do.
