Lottie Brookes is the Office Manager at Peoplecorp, bringing her background in administration, operations and people support, along with her naturally bubbly, always-smiling energy. With experience across corporate office management and contractor care, Lottie helps keep the day-to-day running smoothly and ensures the team always feels supported.
Known for being organised and solutions-focused, Lottie looks after office operations, onboarding, HR administration and vendor coordination, while supporting consultants and leadership with whatever they need to keep things moving. Her warm, upbeat approach helps create a welcoming workplace where people feel comfortable, engaged and able to do their best work.
PERSONAL
Outside the office, Lottie loves anything that brings people together. She leads her own women’s run club in Bondi and is happiest when she’s out in the sunshine, moving and connecting with others. Mornings are her favourite time of day, especially when they start with a sunrise run followed by a fresh croissant. She’s also a keen traveller who loves exploring new places, particularly those with great bakeries or a beach close by.
