My focus is to manage the recruitment of interim and permanent HR Roles at all levels in the Parramatta and Western Suburbs region.
I have over 14 years’ agency and in-house recruitment experience gained across a wide range of business sectors. Delivering a consistently high level of service to both candidates and clients is a key part of how I operate as is taking the time to thoroughly understand a client’s business objectives, their environment and their culture.
I initially joined Peoplecorp as the Account Manager for a very exciting HR recruitment campaign for the prestigious University of Sydney. This campaign involved the recruitment of top quality HR professionals into a number of roles across the University and at varying levels. After returning from maternity leave I partnered with the interim team on several mid to senior level contract roles. As of February 2020, I have switched my focus to the Western suburbs and plan to place many more HR roles in this region.
After commencing my HR career at a London Investment Bank, I transitioned to HR recruitment with a global agency where I spent the next 4 years. More recently I have held in-house recruitment roles, before returning to consulting when joining the team at Peoplecorp two years ago.
Having lived in the UK for nearly 10 years, I love to travel and explore new places with my favourite being Italy. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants and spending time with my family and friends.
