Cian’s focus is on the permanent recruitment of HR professionals at the mid-senior end of the market ranging from approximately $170,000 to $230,00 package. Cian has close to a decade’s worth of recruitment experience managing large teams while recruiting HR professionals in both the UK and Sydney market.

Cian prides himself on treating each process on a case-by-case basis by delivering realistic expectations, providing market insights and most importantly filling the vacancy with the right person. Cian likes to take a holistic approach to his search methodology and is known to present outside the box solutions.

Since relocating to Australia in 2022, Rian spent a few months travelling the east coast before joining the team at Peoplecorp as a Candidate and Client Manager, before transitioning into a consultant role.

As a northern beach’s resident, most of my spare time is spent near or in the water! Outside of work you can catch me surfing, fishing, golfing or swimming with my partner (or anything related to being out in nature!).
