My focus is to recruit interim and permanent mid-level HR generalist and specialist roles across Sydney, mainly paying salaries up to around $140,000. I am passionate about seeking out the needs of a business and bringing this into alignment with individuals looking for their next opportunity to add value in an organisation.
I strive to provide a high level of candidate care to each and every individual when assisting them with their career journey. I believe in approaching each conversation with a curious, inclusive and human-centred mindset and taking the time to understand how I can best support each of our clients.
I graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Human Resources) and discovered my interest in human behaviour, workplace culture and the ways people seek fulfilment and growth through work.
This is actually my second time at Peoplecorp, having originally joined them straight out of University in a contract capacity as a grad. I then went on to gain experience as an HR Generalist before specialising in Organisational Development. I particularly enjoyed working with people leaders on developing and strengthening their leadership capability, and guiding graduates through pipeline programs to develop their self-awareness, communication and interpersonal skills. I also have experience fostering internal talent, developing culture and engagement initiatives and contributing to D&I programs of work.
I am now planning on utilising all of this experience and applying it to recruiting fabulous HR professionals for my clients!
Since gaining my qualification as a yoga teacher, I have felt called to deepen my studies and am currently enrolled in a postgraduate accreditation in yoga therapy. In my leisure time I am either reading a good book, spending time with loved ones or trying out new places to eat with my husband!
