My focus is on recruiting entry-level and junior permanent HR roles as well as managing the Peoplecorp Intern Program where we partner with various Universities across Sydney to provide HR Undergraduates with valuable work experience with some of our top clients.
I pride myself on delivering a high level service to clients, candidates and peers alike. I believe building and sustaining relationships is key, especially in the HR industry and it is something I am passionate about. I love having a role that allows me to make an impact on the lives of junior HR candidates who are eager to find a role and start their careers in HR.
- HR Intern for a Professional Services organisation
- HR Intern for an FMCG business
- HR Analyst for a Financial Services organisation
- HR Coordinator for a Health Technology organisation
Early in my career I developed my customer-service skills through various roles in the retail industry and I gained some HR experience as an intern in the learning and development department of a not-for-profit organisation. In my penultimate year of my undergraduate studies, I luckily came across the Peoplecorp HR Intern Program. I got the opportunity to intern for an Australian QSR company in my final year, providing me with end to end recruitment exposure across the business.
Outside of work I enjoy watching critically acclaimed films and reading all sorts of books, from autobiographies through to personal-development. I have a strong passion for food (both eating and cooking it!) as well as stand-up comedy and the arts. I am also an avid combat sports fan that actively participates in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.
