My professional focus is on contract and temp HR roles in the region of $85K to 150k.

I work with emerging talent through to mid-level practitioners across the HR remit on temporary and contract roles. Typical roles that I recruit for are generalist administrators, coordinators, advisors, and consultants as well as specialists in recruitment, L&D, shared services and ER/IR teams.


I started my career in HR administration but have been working as a Recruitment Consultant since 2015 and have focused exclusively on the Sydney HR market for the past two years.

The critical elements of my recruitment approach are diligence, urgency, and consultation. Contract roles in particular demand a high level of service matched with equal pace. I love working under pressure to quickly identify strong matches between organisations and candidates.

After I completed my university degree I worked in a number of roles covering administration, HR and sales before settling into recruitment in 2015. I moved to Sydney the following year and have continued to narrow my focus as a specialist HR recruiter.


I was born and raised in Miami, Florida but have called Sydney home since 2016. I’m an unashamed bookworm and reality TV fan, on a slow journey to build health and wellness (aka exercise and diet) into my life as well. I love to have a laugh and try to learn something new every day!
