My focus is on recruiting junior to mid-level HR Generalist and Specialist roles from $90K – $155K package on a permanent basis across all industry sectors.
I have over 16 years experience in the recruitment industry and I have been recruiting both permanent and interim HR professionals since 2012. Over the years I have built up my contacts and am now well networked in the market place. I take pride in my work and am a passionate advocate for both clients and candidates alike. Feedback is generally that I’m a true expert in my field, have strong job matching skills, work with a sense of urgency and that I give sound advice.

On completion of my studies I worked in the travel industry for a number of years and had the chance to visit some incredible places, this led to me staying in Thailand for two years running my own hospitality business, I then transitioned to a career in recruitment and really found my passion, I’m a true people person and love the job satisfaction I get in my role. My recruitment career commenced in the UK with a large global agency running a portfolio of temporary finance workers, in 2005 I had the opportunity to transfer to Sydney to develop my career. Recently I made the move to Peoplecorp and I’m thoroughly enjoying the personal nature of working for a boutique agency.
I do love a good night out but these days I’m generally found hanging out with my husband and young kids. Weekends are normally spent at birthday parties, the beach, soccer games or with friends.
I work at Peoplecorp 4 days per week and on my day off I spend quality time with my daughter, volunteer at my son’s school in the canteen and help in the literacy classes.
As a busy Mum I think it’s really important to look after myself so I do aim to get to the gym 3 mornings per week and I go to the odd yoga class.
