My focus is on recruiting mid-senior level HR generalist and specialist roles across every industry from $130,000-$200,000 package on a permanent basis. I am a passionate, customer centric and knowledgeable HR recruiter. I pride myself on providing a quality end-to-end experience for candidates and also delivering the best solution requested by our clients. I aim to maintain transparency and regular communications with all parties.

EXPERTISE:

I have gained 5 years of HR recruitment experience. In my last role I led a team of specialist HR recruiters at a global listed agency, and through this time I have created strong relationships with the Sydney’s HR market. By partnering with both SMEs and multinational companies, I have been able to create an adaptable style of recruiting enabling me to create long-term relationships.

Additionally, I am pleased to be able to provide HR market trends and insights regularly to my 7,000+ HR followers on LinkedIn, along with useful information from HR thought leaders.

CAREER:

With 12 years in sales/customer centric businesses, I then co-founded my own seasonal rental business which is still operating today in the UK. I graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University with a first class BA Honours degree in Business Management. This propelled me into my first MNE as a Sales manager where I led a team of 7 staff. I moved to Sydney in 2015, which was when I started recruiting HR professionals, growing my team to 6 HR specialists.

PERSONAL:

In my spare time I enjoy hitting the gym, meditating, great food and spending the weekend at the beach!
