THE ROLE
Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a business of over 500 employees. The roles will predominantly be white collar, however there will be a blue-collar component as well. Roles will range from entry level through to Executives. Day to day responsibilities will include partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, process optimisation, creative sourcing strategies, screening of candidates, organising and sitting in on interviews interviews. You will manage the offer process from start to finish as well as assisting with the building of talent pools, whilst ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout

THE CRITERIA
The ideal person will have a proven track record in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 5 years’ in-house recruitment experience, ideally within a global organisation. You will have longevity of employment and have managed the end-to-end recruitment process for entry level through Executive. You will ideally have worked for large, well known blue chip organisations in a fast paced environment.
