THE ORGANISATION
This growing organisation is experiencing a period of growth and and increased headcount. Due to an increase in workload we are seeking a Senior Remuneration Specialist to join the team on a 3 month basis with the view to extend.
THE ROLE
This role will see you manage all aspects of remuneration across the group at a strategic level. You will work closely with businesses to carry out a wide range range strategic remuneration activities from job architecture, benchmarking, creating a remuneration process and job design.
This role will be very delivery focussed and hands on.
THE CRITERIA
You will be a well versed and experienced Remuneration Specialist with around 5-7 years experience and ideally has worked in a consulting capacity.
You must be able to work under pressure and and manage multiple projects at once.
You will be available at short notice to be considered for this role.
