We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join the team and play a critical role in shaping the leadership and development remit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead the development and implementation of tailored leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and the future needs of the organisation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and HR teams, providing strategic insights and solutions on leadership effectiveness, talent management and organisational development. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of leadership and capability development programs, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable outcomes. A large component will be to contribute to the design of talent strategies, succession planning, and high-potential leadership pipeline to ensure a sustainable leadership framework for the business.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will need extensive experience in leadership development, organisational development, or talent management. You will have the ability to think strategically and work in partnership with business leaders to shape and deliver leadership development initiatives that drive measurable business results as well proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and other key stakeholders. A degree in Psychology, or a related field or equivalent qualifications in Leadership Development, Organisational Psychology, or similar is highly preferred.
