Due to continued growth and success, they are adding a brand-new Remuneration and Benefits role to their HR team
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits leader this role will support the delivery of the global remuneration and benefits strategy.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide detailed analysis and preparation of Board Papers and ASX reporting, including the annual Remuneration Report and Papers for the Remuneration Committee.
In partnership with the global P&C team, this position is responsible for planning, leading and delivering the end-to-end annual remuneration review process for all global employees. This is including both the remuneration review and STI / LTI incentives.
Working collaboratively with the People and Culture and IT teams, you will ensure HR data and processes are accurately and securely managed and system functionality is optimised.
In addition this role will assist with the management of the annual remuneration review process and work with the Head of Reward on the annual remuneration report.
There will also be a strong focus on analytics, reporting and benchmarking along with project coordination
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
– Extensive experience in a similar role ideally with international exposure.
– Experience in managing remuneration reporting for an ASX listed company, for example Board papers and annual Remuneration Report.
– An understanding of Remuneration Frameworks and a knowledge of contemporary and best practise remuneration outcomes.
– The ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity with a flexible approach.
– Advanced Power point and excel skills, with the ability to analyse and present complex data in a simple manner.
