A global diverse financial services company that truly focuses on their people; recognises and values their team with excellent policies and practices in place. Due to changes within the HR team, there is now a need for a ER Specialist to join the business.
The role will involve operational delivery of a market-leading employee relations advice across the business. You will report into a Regional HR team across Australia and NZ working working alongside an ER team to provide expert advice on all areas of day to day operational employee relations issues; support the development of ER concepts and impact on the organisation. You will also manage and advise on visa arrangements.
To be successful in your application you will have proven experience in HR and ER of 1-3 years preferably across large scale financial services organisations. You will have in depth understanding of the Fair Work Act, industrial instruments and interpretation/drafting thereof. Your communications must be outstanding with proven exposure in a large financial services organisation.
