A leading organisation is seeking a well versed HR Business Partner to join a friendly, consultative and collaborative HR team. This opportunity is for a personable HR professional to cover a maternity leave contract for 12 months.
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Director and working within a close knit team of HR professionals, this role will require you to support the operational HR team members and assist with the current changes taking place. Your main responsibilities will include putting in place processes and systems in order to gain efficiency and productivity in the way employees operate within the business. You will become involved in all operational HR including supporting employee relations, recruitment and training.
To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 5-8 years’ experience within a HR BP position. You must be able to show initiatives as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills. You must be available ASAP to be considered for this role.
