This vibrant and dynamic business is currently seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Consultant to join a forward thinking HR team on a short term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an organisation that operates on a global scale and offers development and career progression.
The Remuneration & Benefits Consultant will provide remuneration advisory and analysis support to departments across the organisation and support senior managers in the execution of operational processes, which form part of the annual remuneration review. Responsibilities will include developing incentive programs as well conducting job evaluation and market benchmarking. You will manage the organisations benefits program as well be the key point of contact for the employee mobility.
To be considered for this position, you must be an experienced Remuneration & Benefits professional with5 years’ experience minimum in a related position. Ideally you will have experience using either SAP, Peoplesoft or Oracle. You must be immediately available to be considered for this role.
