A high energy and fast-paced global business seeking a HR Business Partner to report to the National HR Manager.
This global leading FMCG organisation has over 500 employees across Australia. With strong marketing initiatives, their brand is at the heart of everything they do. Recognising that their people are the most important part to their ongoing success, the HR function is well integrated into the business.
Reporting directly to the People & Culture Director, this role is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of HR support for all managers and employees within the New Zealand client group. You will partner directly with functional business team and act as a trusted advisor to coach and counsel managers and employees in line with legislation and internal policies and procedures as well as help drive key projects such as change management programs, engagement surveys and action planning.
To be considered for this position you must have 5 years+ business partnering experience working closely with senior leaders. You must have proved success in executing HR strategies at a national level as well proven experience of dealing with ER cases.
