This role will see you manage all aspects of remuneration across the group at a strategic level. You will be responsible for the annual remuneration cycle, managing the employee benefit programme, roll out of the performance review programme and providing advice at all levels on reward practices. You will play a key part in the strategic design and facilitation of remuneration initiatives that meet ongoing business objectives and reflect innovative market trends.
To be successful in your application for this role you will have a track record of 5+ years providing advice on remuneration solutions. You will have established experience within a large corporate environment, preferably in financial services or similar. You will be well versed in relevant employment legislation and reward best practice with proven analytical skills and an excellent capability of providing effective remuneration solutions.
