Our client, a well-established and esteemed global Not-For-Profit organisation, is currently seeking an HR Manager with previous experience in a similar role, to join them on a contract capacity. With an enviable client base, the organisation boasts a progressive and supportive working environment.
You will be responsible for supporting the organisation in a true business partner role. Working with the leadership team alongside highly ambitious managers your areas of responsibility will include the development of the company’s culture, recruitment, talent management, dealing with employee relations’ issues, as well as assessing learning needs. You will be accountable for the whole HR function and you will build strong relationships and implement HR policy and strategy.
You must be degree qualified with proven capability and experience of 5+ years at a senior level. You will need to be comfortable combining operational hands-on work. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a professional services or global environment. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role.
