Reporting into the CEO this is a fast paced, hands-on, HR generalist role in a busy, dynamic environment which is going through a significant period of change. Working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide the business with sound HR advice. In addition, you will drive key projects that will enhance and engage an innovative, high performing culture. You will support the implementation of the HR strategy, drive culture initiatives and support effective resourcing, retention and succession plans for leaders and employees.
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced HR professional that has strong stakeholder management skills. It is key you have the resilience and engagement skills to empower a workforce to challenge the status quo and add real value to future commercial objectives. A blended operational and strategic role you must be comfortable in a hands-on generalist role. Ideally you will be available immediately to be considered for this role.
