Reporting into the Senior Talent and OD Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for a career driven HR professional to join an innovative environment to manage the end to end graduate scheme. You oversee the annual lifecycle of graduates – from management of university partnerships and talent sourcing, brand development though various methods, onboarding and support of graduates as they progress through the scheme, performance management and workforce planning for future career development. You will also partner closely with the HR, L&OD and broader Talent team to enhance the success of the graduate framework.
To be considered for this role you will be an established HR generalist with 4-6 years advisory experience, ideally with previous exposure to supporting graduates. You must have exceptional communication skills, passion for your work and a drive for excellence. Your ability to partner with the business and foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders will be critical to your success. You will possess a consultative and confident nature, along with a creative approach and a can-do attitude. This role will offer the successful candidate the ability to demonstrate their capability and in return be rewarded with responsibility and a supportive, friendly and stimulating environment.
