Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a range of generalist activities including coaching managers on all employee relation matters including performance management cases and payroll queries. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR queries and ensure all polices and procedures are kept up to date. You will very much have the opportunity to get involved in a large transformation project.
To be successful in this position you need to be an experienced HR Business Partner or a HR Consultant who is ready to step up into a HR Business Partnering role. It is essential that you have the experience in working in a fast paced environment. You must be personable, pragmatic and demonstrate initiative. You must be available to be considered for this role.
