Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will work collaboratively to provide support on all people matters across the business. As a People Manager you will have x1 direct report and will be responsible for leading all ER cases to provide timely and accurate advice to both managers and employees referring to legislation, policies, procedures and awards. As a true partner to the business, you will play an active role in reviewing and updating new and exisiting policies while also supporting key people projects including a HRIS system integration.
To be successful in this role you must have prior experience within the retail industry and a sound understanding of GRIA. You must be able to operate in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and possess the ability to perform under pressure. We are seeking positive individuals who know how to work hard but also can have fun while doing so.
