You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of employee relations (ER) programs and initiatives in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will be required to lead employee agreement (EA) negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and foster positive relationships. A key aspect of this role will be to monitor ER metrics and trends to identify areas of concern and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and improve organisational effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, a proven track record in employee relations management within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, is essential. You must have a proven ability to lead negotiations and effectively manage stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, are required. You must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance, while possessing the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
