The role is initially a 5 months contract, suitable to someone who is ready to start work ASAP.
HR is currently undertaking a transformation program to modernise their self service platform. As part of a project team and reporting into the Head of HR Integration, you will assist with the implementation & launch of ELMO across the business. In particular, this role will be responsible for driving learning and development, through determining the learning needs, identifying different approaches to building capability and providing a smooth transition to new modern ways of working. It will support the development and delivery of the enablement(training) activity in addition to the identification of both learning and communication needs as the implementation progresses.
To be considered for this position, you must have the ability to work within an environment that is experiencing considerable change. You must have proven HRIS Implementation exposure, ideally ELMO, Change Management experience within the Transformation space, projects management experience & passionate about driving change within the learning space.
