Reporting into the HR manager, this HR assistant role is like no other where you can truly immerse yourself in all functions across the employee life cycle. You will be required to provide a high level of support to the national HR team.
- Coordinating and managing the onboarding for all employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation
- Assist with the coordination of graduate program by setting up events
- Provide general HR administration support across the employee life cycle
- Maintain the HR inbox
- Assisting in facilitating training
To be successful in this role you must have experience within administration with a desire and interest in HR. You must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, and be able to work across and prioritise multiple tasks. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and grow.
