Your new organisation is a well established ASX Listed Property Group. They are currently seeking a HR Specialist to join their progressive and supportive team. This 6 month contract is based in Sydney’s North Shore and has a focus on remuneration and benefits.
You will be responsible for;
- Leading the development of annual client plans and projects ensuring alignment with the organisation strategy and workplace plan
- Proactively managing an integrated and client focused stakeholder engagement strategy with senior leaders
- Proactively leading projects and strategic priorities to enable clients and the HR function to meet key operational requirements and strategic objectives.
- Communicate and implement the remuneration strategy across the business.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or related with 3 years+ generalist HR experience within a corporate environment.
Your strong consultative, client relationship management and influencing skills, along with your commercial acumen and flexible approach will be critical to your success in the role. You must understand the remuneration and benefits.
