In this role, you will report directly to the Head People Partner and will work closely with a senior HR leader and provide effective administrative support to the wider team, completing tasks such as dealing with any communications across the employee lifecycle (payroll, updating personal details, generating contracts and background checks, adding addendums, liaising with stakeholders), while also supporting the recruitment team with any ad hoc requests and overseeing the company intranet.
The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with a high volume admin role, who is a focused multitasker, who can work autonomously and take initiative. You will have at least 2 years experience working in a HR Administrator/Coordinator role. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and you will be a collaborative team player.
