As a mission driven organization, the global HR team’s purpose is to optimize the overall people capability to improve and deliver HR global priorities. An opportunity has arisen due to parental leave to bring on board a HR Consultant for 12 months to support the wider team.
As the HR consultant, you will provide advice &end to end HR service delivery to managers and staff within an allocated client group including the coordination of processes for workforce planning, recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management and employment relations.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience, be a team player, flexible & agile.
