In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and will be able to learn and develop from experienced professionals in the industry in a close-knit HR team. Your main responsibilities include admin support across the full employee lifecycle, assisting the manager to build a HR knowledge base for the wider team, supporting the team to create HR process efficiencies and improvements, maintaining employee files, as well as assisting with ad hoc requests.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in a HR role. You must be a true team player and will have excellent customer service, organisational & communication skills. You must be highly motivated and be adaptive to a fast paced and ever changing industry.
