As the HR Assistant you will provide administrative support to the HR Officer. You will work closely with your team to manage the day-to-day administration across the HR function. This will include assisting with the time and attendance of payroll, working with the team in regard to HRIS, and assisting the team with regards to HR policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you must have a passion for administrative HR work. Ideally you will have 6-12 months of previous office administration experience, as well as a genuine interest in furthering your HR exposure. You must be highly organised and demonstrate high levels of personal initiative. You will have the motivation to learn about global business, an interest in travel, and a proactive can-do attitude.
