The ORGANISATION
This organisation is currently undergoing some internal structural changes and require a strong HR Professional to work within an innovative and collaborative culture. You will have the opportunity to take lead on a number of innovative projects throughout the duration.
 
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to a Senior Manager of HR and supporting a client group of 73, this role will encompass all generalist activities as well as conducting performance management reviews and dealing with all ER matters that arise. A large percentage of the role will very much be supporting the HR Projects and setting strategic goals with Senior Managers. HR projects will include talent mapping and leadership development as well as driving the engagement survey and communicating results back to managers.
 
THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this position, you must have proven HR Business Partnering experience or working within a corporate environment. You must have exceptional stakeholder management skills as well as experience of working on a diverse range of HR projects. You must be available in July to start.
