Reporting into the General Manager and working closely with the Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is provide HR Generalist support across the employee life cycle.

  • Review and implement HR policies and procedures 
  • Assist in creating and scheduling Learning and Development sessions including booking online training courses 
  • Owning and running seasonal recruitment drives 
  • Facilitating termination meetings and work cover claims 
  • Coach people leads through HR processes such as redundancies and disciplinary meetings 

To be considered for this role you must have well-rounded HR generalist knowledge preferably within a blue-collar environment. You must possess the ability to facilitate and navigate termination meetings and advise on best practise. You must be adaptable in your style to work across all HR functions and be able to build rapport across the organisation.
