THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a well established Australian based organisation who have just ad their most successful year to date! Circa 600 employees nationally. They are seeking a strong HR Advisor with a focus on business partnering and operational HR. Ideally starting immediately!

THE ROLE

Reporting directly and working closely with the HR Manager, this opportunity is a hands on generalist position. Responsibilities are end to end HR, employee relations, grievances, absences, recruitment, stakeholder management, reporting, remuneration and benefits, learning and development, projects and HR strategy. You will be involved in all areas of HR, it’s a great opportunity for someone who is happy to be hands on and also be exposed to a wide range of HR responsibilities. There is no HRIS system in place, you must be open to working manually & interested in and have experience with excel. 

THE CRITERIA

To be successful in this position you will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with excellent attention to detail, excel experience and HR generalist background. You must have strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor. If you are happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of HR, this role is for you!
