The role
The HR Coordinator role is a full-time, permanent position supporting the end to end HR function. The HR Coordinator is responsible for core processes, systems, providing first line advice to queries, recruitment and administration support.
You will support key HR outcomes including employee experience, talent, internal communications as well as annual processes such as talent, performance and remuneration. 

The criteria
You will have had at least 2 years’ of HR experience post-university, and possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). The successful candidate must be a strong and collaborative team player, and have a genuine care for providing exceptional customer service. You will have a high level of proficiency with using Excel and be able to analyse, interpret and format reporting data.
