THE ORGANISATION 
With an employee base of 1000 in Australia and currently undergoing an exciting new change within the business. Having recently gone through a high profile merger with an organisation (the largest in the world in its field) this is an exciting time to join a business focused on diversifying its offering by delivering innovative services in new markets both domestically and internationally. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior HR professional with 1-3 years experience. 

THE ROLE
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Head of HR. You will work closely with your team to manage the day to day administration across the HR function. 

THE CRITERIA 
To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrated experience within a similar role.

  • You must be able to show initiative
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Good Excel/Word/Email skills
