This retail organisation has outlets across the globe and is looking for a motivated HR Advisor to join their HR team to support the business across Australia and New Zealand. The brand is renowned for quality and creativity. They have a trendy warehouse conversion office space based in Alexandria. This is a truly exciting opportunity to work within a high performing HR team with a global and dynamic company.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of HR and will work with a close-knit HR team to support the business across Australia and New Zealand. Your main responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, ER/IR, performance management, grievances with ability to confidently provide advice and coaching, involvement in organisational development activities, being the first point of contact for HR related matters across the broader business and looking after strategic employee engagement initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2-3 years’ experience working in an HR Advisor position, preferably within a retail or customer service industry. You must be a true team player and possess strong communication and stake holder management skills. You must be highly motivated and be adaptive to a fast paced and ever changing industry.
