Your new organisation is a reputable leader in their field and operates in a fast paced and innovative environment. Due to business growth, they are looking for a talented and resilient ER Consultant with strong case management experience to join their dynamic and collaborative HR team.
Reporting to Senior Workplace Relations Manager, you will be responsible for advising and delivering on a broad range of employee relations and industrial relations issues and contributing to the development of human resources and employee relations practices, policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for:
- The interpretation and application of enterprise agreements
- Workplace change and redundancy processes
- Industrial disputes
- Managing employee performance and misconduct
- Termination of employment
- managing workplace complaints
To be considered for this role, you must have relevant tertiary qualifications with strong knowledge of employment law legislation coupled with prior experience handling multiple and complex ER cases. Your ability to manage competing demands and stakeholders in an ambiguous environment, along with your proven analytical and communication skills will also be critical to your success in this role.
