A leading consumer brand is currently seeking a junior HR Business Partner to join the team. With the business experiencing a significant period of change, the role will be an initial 2-3 month opportunity. The organisation not only has an exceptional brand, its diversity and energetic culture will offer an exciting challenge to the right candidate.
Reporting to the HR manager, with a multi-divisional client group of around 300 within the supply chain and manufacturing divisions, you will provide support on all employee matters. With the initial period focused on giving key advice to your stakeholders on all operational needs such as employee relations, management coaching, salary review process and recruitment. You will liaise with unions on a regular basis.
