Working within a broader HR team, you will report directly to the Head of HR, with responsibility for providing generalist HR leadership and support to a white and blue collar employee base of around 250.
You will be accountable for the full generalist remit including performance, development, coaching, change management, health & wellness, safety, employee relations and all parts of the employee lifecycle across your allocated client portfolio.
You will be an advocate for all People & Culture initiatives and calendar events, championing and driving engagement.
In addition to your Partnering role there will be scope to partner and lead on several high impact projects as this business embarks on its next journey.
To be successful in this role you will have proven expertise at Business Partner level OR be a driven, ambitious and commercially astute HR Advisor looking to step in to an HR Partnering role. You will demonstrate high levels of energy and initiative with a pragmatic approach and possess a broad generalist toolkit.
