Your new organisation is a well established ASX Listed Property Group. They are currently seeking a part time HR Specialist (4 days a week) to join their progressive and supportive team. This 12 month contract is based in Sydney CBD.
You will be responsible for:
- Operational and strategic responsibilities which include end to end recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle and building strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Leading the development of annual client plans and projects ensuring alignment with the organisation strategy and workplace plan
- Proactively managing an integrated and client focused stakeholder engagement strategy with senior leaders
- Proactively leading projects and strategic priorities to enable clients and the HR function to meet key operational requirements and strategic objectives.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or related with 3 years+ generalist HR experience within a corporate environment.
If you have worked within the property industry this will be viewed favourably but is not essential!
Your strong consultative, client relationship management and influencing skills, along with your commercial acumen and flexible approach will be critical to your success in the role.
