Reporting directly to a leading HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective support to the business across policies and procedures, first line queries, recruitment, projects across HR initiatives, rem reviews, engagement surveys and reporting. In addition you will be a leader in the People & Culture space & become involved in motivating and providing the best experience possible for all employees. You will gain great exposure and experience in the following facets of HR:
- Safety and WHS
- Recruitment and on-boarding
- Reward and recognition
- HR communications and HR reporting
- Learning and development
- HR projects
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources or related field and have around 2-3 years experience in an HR Administrator/Coordination level role in a commercial environment. You will have demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
