A well known ASX listed, Financial Services organisation have an exciting NEW opportunity for a HR Consultant – Data & Analytics to join their growing team. Based in the CBD and dating back 50 years our clients has close to 250 employees based nationally and are going through an exciting period of change
Reporting to the HR Manager the HR Consultant – Data & Analytics will be largely responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of the HRIS, Workday. They will serve as a technical point of contract for all HRIS related queries for both HR and the broader business and will be responsible for all facets of HR reporting. In addition to managing all facets of the HRIS the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide operational HR support and contribute to initiatives of a more generalist nature.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 5+ years experience as an HRIS subject matter expert, ideally using Workday. Additionally, prior experience in an entry level HR Generalist role would also be advantageous.
