A global software solutions business with a footprint in over 15 locations and 1000+ employees with exciting plans to expand further into the South East Asian region.
You will work closely with managers and teams predominantly in the South East Asian offices to build out the roadmap and create a strategic overview of best practice training and development.
You will deliver skills and leadership training while working closely with the wider people team, and provide specialist advice to managers and teams in the region. You will also be involved in talent and succession, including the management of high potential talent within the business.
You will have proven experience in Instructional Design, Organisational Development or Virtual Instructor Led Training. The successful candidate must have experience working with South East Asian countries and cultures, ideally on the ground. You will also have experience working within a technology business that is focused on providing quality customer care.
You will be confident in your ability to influence senior management and be able to adapt your training style and approach to various locations within the region. You will be professional, show accountability for and pride in your work, and take initiative to deliver results whilst being organised and reliable.
Due to the different time zones and locations, you will demonstrate your flexibility with working times to cater for various stakeholders and teams.
