An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a HR Consultant to join a close knit team in a small Financial Services organisation based in the city. Working within an innovative and collaborative culture, you will have the opportunity to lead on a number of innovative projects throughout the contract.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for a range of generalist activities including end to end recruitment, coaching managers on all employee relation matters including performance management cases. A large component of the role will be to manage the remuneration and bonus reviews as well as liaise with managers on all training and development requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to be involved with strategic projects and assist with the roll out of initiatives across the business.
To be successful in this role you must have at least 2-3 years generalist experience. It is essential that you have the experience to liaise and coach managers as well as the strong excel skill.
