Our client operates in the financial services industry and has a strong focus on ensuring an inclusive and diverse workplace. An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is based out of offices in Sydney CBD.
This role, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, will see you partner with leaders across the organisation to provide advice and strategic support around all HR matters with a particular focus on employee relations. This role will commence at a time when a number of strategic people initiatives are to be designed and rolled out across the business. Whilst this role has a strategic component, there will also be hands element and a focus on operational generalist activity. Some of the new programs to be developed and driven from HR include a new enterprise agreement and a revised WHS Management System which you will play a key role in driving.
To be successful in your application you will have strong operational HR Business Partnering experience with experience managing complex ER cases. You will be degree qualified in HR, law or a related discipline. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Experience in financial or professional services is not essential but will be highly regarded.
