Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this role will focus on organisational design and delivery to support the transformation project. In this role you will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver change implementation plans to support the people initiatives. With your generalist experience, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to client groups on organisational design, workforce planning and change management. You will partner with the business and engage with Business leaders to ensure change programs have a business unit focus.
To succeed in this role you must have worked within a HR Business Partner role before moving into an Organisational Design position. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills coupled with outstanding business acumen. Ideally you must have worked within large complex environments. Please note you must have business partnering experience to be considered, in order to communicate at a high level with HR business leaders.
