Our client is a well established Australian based organisation, Circa 200 employees nationally. They are seeking a strong Senior HR Advisor with a focus on partnering and operational HR. Starting ASAP so candidates must be immediately available.
Reporting directly and working closely with the Head of HR, this opportunity is a hands operational and strategic position. Responsibilities are end to end HR, employee relations, recruitment, stakeholder management, reporting, remuneration and benefits, global mobility, learning and development, projects and HR strategy. You will be involved in all areas of HR, it’s a great opportunity for someone who is happy to be hands on and also be exposed to a wide range of HR responsibilities. There is no HRIS system in place, you must be interested in and have experience with excel.
To be successful in this position you must be immediately available, no notice period please. You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with excellent attention to detail, excel experience and HR generalist background. You must have strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor. If you are happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of HR, this role is for you!
