Initially the focus will be on stakeholder management, working closely with senior leaders helping them to understand the impact on their business units and developing effective solutions to any problems. The role will include objectively looking at all functions and and running a diagnostics on the processes each division deliver to the business, carry out market benchmarking and make recommendations and provide direction through the period of change on how functions can deliver more effectively.
The successful candidate will have a proven background of running large and complex change management programs, either in-house with another large corporate or as an experienced consultant. You will have excellent influencing and communication skills, with evidence of working with a range of stakeholders to implement significant change programs. You will be available immediately to be considered for this role.
